Julian Popov is a consultant, expert in the education-related matters, posed by the European Commission. He was nominated head of projects with a focus on education, management and professional development, launched by numerous leading European organizations in more than 20 countries around Europe, Middle Asia and the Caucasus. Been among the founders of the New Bulgarian University, he was the first figure, promoted to Executive Director. He is an author of the book English Bulgaria or Switzerland on the Balkans.
